Cliantha Hill Top Chamber斑试器被广泛用于化妆品、香水、薄膜、织物、肥皂、洗涤剂、化学品以及其他可能直接或间接影响或涉及皮肤的产品领域。Hill Top Chamber斑试器是一种获得专利的封闭型皮肤传递系统，可用于多种用途，包括：

  • 预测性斑贴测试
  • 诊断性斑贴测试
  • 皮肤水分评估
  • 皮肤微生物菌群研究
  • 动物身上的斑贴测试

系统设计/方案

Hill Top Chamber斑试器系统的基本组成部分是一个模制的塑料腔室，具有足够的灵活性足以贴合皮肤的轮廓。该腔室有一个独特的双环，由一个外环和一个内部的柔性法兰组成，与皮肤表面紧密贴合，以提高闭合性。在腔室里，一个无纺布的Webril®垫片容纳试验样品。腔室被夹在方形防粘纸和半封闭的低过敏性胶布之间，随时可以使用。Hill Top腔室可以单独提供，也可以以带有任何数量小室的多体条状形式提供。几乎任何大小或形状的腔室都可以定制生产。也可提供单独的塑料腔室，带或不带Webril®垫片。

腔室组成

Hill Top Chamber斑试器采用壳牌石油公司的产品 Kraton® G-2705 制造。 Kraton® 满足或超过当前 USP 对 VI 类聚合物的物理化学和生物测试的要求。该室柔软且有弹性，从而在测试材料和皮肤部位之间提供粘合力。 Kraton® 材料已获得 FDA 批准使用。可根据客户需求提供其他塑料。 Hill Top Chamber 斑试器系统采用 Durapore® 背衬，这是一种“丝状”胶带，采用 3M 制造的无乳胶、低过敏性粘合剂，具有高强度和粘合力。 Webril® 衬垫为 100% 纯棉材质。
